Yalla Ravi Teja
I teach engineering the long way in Visakhapatnam — then layer AI on top as the productivity multiplier real working engineers actually use. Most of my proudest students walked in with zero coding background.

I started out the way most engineers in India do — teaching myself HTML and CSS from scratch, then PHP and MySQL because that’s what local businesses needed, then JavaScript because that’s where the web was going. The long way. No shortcuts. No assuming I’d remember things if I didn’t write them out by hand.
A few years in, I started teaching the same path to other people in Vizag. Most of them came from non-IT backgrounds — ECE, EEE, Mechanical, B.Sc, people on career breaks — and the satisfying part was that the long-way approach worked for them just as well. They didn’t need to be from CS to ship a working full-stack app.
Then the AI tooling arrived. I tried Claude Code, then Codex, then Gemini. What surprised me wasn’t the speed — it was the discipline. The engineers who got the most out of AI were the ones with the strongest fundamentals: they could spot when AI was wrong, refactor what it produced, and ship faster becausethey didn’t depend on it.
That’s the school today. The curriculum still starts with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript taught by hand. By week 4, AI joins the workflow as a multiplier. By week 12, you author your own multi-agent review loops. The fundamentals are the moat; the AI is the leverage.
I’m in Visakhapatnam. I could be in Bangalore. I’m not — this is where I learnt to ship, and this is where I teach.
what I practise daily
Production AI engineering
- ✓Build production apps with Claude Code as my daily driver
- ✓Author project-specific constitutional rule files (CLAUDE.md), hooks, skills, and slash commands
- ✓Maintain a pluggable LLM adapter that swaps Claude · Codex · Gemini with one env var
- ✓Run multi-agent QC / DA / Fixer code-review loops on real client work
- ✓Ship and maintain production RAG systems for document-heavy domains
- ✓Migrate legacy enterprise codebases with AI as the second pair of hands
what I teach
Engineering fundamentals + the AI layer
- →HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL the long way (no shortcuts)
- →Modern React (Server Components, Suspense, Actions) without copy-paste
- →Node.js + Express + structured logging + observability
- →Android (Kotlin + Compose) and React Native with AI-assisted platform handling
- →Agentic coding workflows you author yourself — not vendor-locked
- →Constitutional coding patterns that turn AI into a teammate, not a crutch
