how we teach

Fundamentals the long way. AI as the multiplier.

Every cohort we run in our Vizag campusfollows the same five-stage rhythm. Nothing here is theoretical — it’s the exact way Ravi has trained students who walked in with zero coding background for years.

TL;DROur methodology combines deep engineering fundamentals (HTML, JS, CSS) with modern AI tools. We use a five-stage process: Free Workshop → Fundamentals → AI Multipliers → Capstone → Alumni Network.

    01

    stage 01 · before day 1

Free workshop or counselling call first

Before any commitment, you sit in on a free Saturday workshop or take a 30-min counselling call. If we’re not the right fit, we say so honestly and point you elsewhere.

What you ship in this stage

    • Your first deployed webpage (workshop track)
    • An honest fit assessment

    02

    stage 02 · term 1 · month 1

    Fundamentals taught the long way

HTML, CSS, JavaScript written by hand. Databases designed on paper before you touch an ORM. Every line you write is yours — not copied, not AI-generated.

Student writing HTML fundamentals by hand in a notebook

What you ship in this stage

    • A hand-written full-stack page in your GitHub
    • Solid debugging muscles

    03

    stage 03 · term 2 · month 2

AI joins the workflow as a multiplier

Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI — all three wired in via a pluggable adapter you understand. You learn when to use each, when not to, and how to never get vendor-locked.

What you ship in this stage

    • Your own pluggable LLM adapter
    • An AI-augmented project shipped to production

    04

    stage 04 · term 3 · month 3

    Capstone — portfolio-grade ship

You build something you can demo in 5 minutes. The trainer code-reviews every milestone. By end of month 3 it’s deployed, documented, and in your portfolio.

What you ship in this stage

    • A capstone repository on your GitHub
    • A 5-minute walkthrough video

    05

    stage 05 · after graduation

    Alumni network · lifelong access

Cohort Discord stays live for life. Alumni get advanced modules, code-review credits, and access to the next round of workshops at a heavy discount.

What you ship in this stage

    • Lifelong cohort Discord access
    • Alumni-only advanced modules

cohort mechanics

Small batches, weekly reviews, real-time feedback.

    10–18 students per batch

Capped intentionally so the trainer can actually review your code. Not 100. Not 500. Real attention.

    2× weekly live + 1× Saturday review

Evening sessions (7:30–9:30 IST), plus a Saturday morning code-review where the trainer walks through everyone's work line by line.

Ravi sits in on every cohort

Regardless of who leads day-to-day, Ravi joins the weekly review session as the quality gate. Every cohort. Every week.

    Cohort Discord stays live

Async questions, code snippets, cohort-only resources. Active for life after you graduate — alumni jump in to help current cohorts.

    AI tools provided

Claude / Codex / Gemini CLI access set up in your dev environment by day 1. You don't pay for AI subscriptions during the course.

    Capstone is non-negotiable

    You don't graduate without a portfolio-grade shipped project. We'd rather extend a student than rubber-stamp a half-finished one.

What we promise

  • Trainer reviews your code every week
  • A portfolio-grade capstone shipped to your GitHub
  • Lifelong access to the cohort Discord and alumni network
  • Honest fit-check before you pay anything
  • Transparent fees — pay in 3 monthly terms, no NBFC, no interest
  • Same trainer quality bar set by Ravi on every cohort

What we don’t promise

  • ×Guaranteed placement (no one honest can guarantee this)
  • ×Refunds (the ₹2,500 deposit and term fees are non-refundable)
  • ×That AI will do all the thinking for you
  • ×A degree-replacement (this is upskilling, not a diploma)
  • ×Crash-course speed — we are 3 months for a reason
