These are the terms under which a student enrols in a Full Stack World cohort. By paying the ₹2,500 seat-blocking deposit (and/or any term fee) you agree to them. We’ve kept them as plain as possible.
1. Who we are
Full Stack World, based at First Floor, 9-39-3, Near Sai Baba Temple, Pithapuram Colony, Maddilapalem, Visakhapatnam 530003, Andhra Pradesh, India. Contact: hi@fullstackworld.co.in.
2. Fees and the 3-term plan
- Every course is 3 months / 3 terms. Each term is one calendar month long.
- Course fees are paid in 3 equal monthly terms. Each term’s fee is due before that term begins.
- We do not offer bank EMI, NBFC financing, or any third-party credit. This is an in-house instalment plan. No interest, no processing fees.
- GST is included in displayed prices. A GST invoice is emailed after each payment.
3. The ₹2,500 seat-blocking deposit
- The deposit is required to reserve a seat in any cohort.
- The deposit is non-refundable but counts toward your first-term fee. We deduct it from the first-term invoice.
- If you change your mind before the cohort starts but after paying the deposit, the deposit is forfeit.
- If we cancel the cohort for any reason on our end (e.g. minimum batch size not met), we refund your deposit in full within 7 working days.
4. Refund policy
- Term fees, once paid for a term, are non-refundablefor that term. Reason: we invest in keeping cohort sizes small (10–18) and every seat displaces a waiting applicant.
- To de-risk before paying anything, we offer a free Saturday workshop, a free 30-minute counselling call, and an open-house every Saturday at the Vizag campus. Use them.
- In exceptional circumstances (serious medical, family emergency) we may, at our discretion, defer your enrolment to a future cohort. We never refund term fees.
5. Attendance and conduct
- You’re expected to attend at least 75% of live sessions, submit assignments, and engage with the cohort Discord.
- Recordings are available for missed sessions but only the live trainer-led review counts toward weekly attendance.
- Disrespectful behaviour toward classmates, trainers, or staff — including harassment, hate speech, or disruption of sessions — results in immediate removal with no refund.
- Cheating (submitting work that is not your own, beyond appropriate AI tool use as taught in the curriculum) results in removal with no refund.
6. Intellectual property
- Course material (slides, code samples, lesson MDX, assignments, screenshots, videos) is owned by Full Stack World. You may use it for your own learning; you may not redistribute, republish, or sell it.
- You own everything you build in your capstone or assignments. Your code is yours. We may showcase it (with credit) in marketing if you agree.
7. Capstone and certificate
- A portfolio-grade capstone is required to receive a Certificate of Completion.
- We’d rather extend a student than rubber-stamp a half-finished capstone. If you can’t finish in the cohort window, we’ll discuss a one-batch extension at no extra cost.
8. Placement
We do not guarantee placement. We do offer interview prep modules, GitHub portfolio review, and introductions to our alumni network where appropriate. Read the Google reviews for honest outcome stories.
9. Scholarships and discounts
- Scholarships are capped per cohort and do not stack.
- Eligibility (Vizag residence, women-in-tech, group-of-3 referral, early-bird) is verified on the counselling call.
- Misrepresenting eligibility — e.g. claiming Vizag residence falsely — voids the discount and may result in removal from the cohort.
10. Liability
Full Stack World’s liability for any claim arising from your enrolment is limited to the total fees you have paid for that course. We are not responsible for any consequential or indirect losses (lost wages, opportunity cost, etc.).
11. Disputes
Any dispute arising from these terms is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change material terms, currently-enrolled students keep the version that was in force when they enrolled. The published version applies to new enrolments only.
